The Mortimer B. Zuckerman Mind Brain Behavior Institute welcomes you to a performance and conversation on how we perceive and react to rhythm. Featuring Jazz Artist-in-Residence Miguel Zenón, drummer Antonio Sanchez and ZI Scientist and musician Rachel Frazer. Miguel Zenón and 4-time Grammy Award-winning drummer Antonio Sánchez. They will be joined by Rachel Frazer, a neuroscientist in the Abdus-Saboor lab at the Zuckerman Institute, and herself a jazz French horn player. Join us for music and lively discussion about how our brains and bodies create, understand and react to rhythm.

This event will be held in person at the Jerome L. Greene Science Center, located at 3227 Broadway, New York, NY 10027 and live-streamed on YouTube. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
