February’s theme is “Love Makes the Brain Go Wow!” Steinway Artist and inaugural Jazz Artist-in-Residence, pianist Helen Sung will perform live music and be joined in conversation by guest scientist Baihan Lin.
Baihan Lin is a Ph.D candidate pursuing Computational Neuroscience in the Center for Theoretical Neuroscience and Zuckerman Mind Brain Behavior Institute at Columbia University. Baihan creates neuroscience-inspired artificial intelligence systems and applies this research to understand how the visual system functions in humans and machines.
