Diana Plasker is the Experiences Manager at Science Friday, where she creates live events and partnerships to delight and engage audiences in the world of science. She joins SciFri as a facilitator for all things projects and partnerships in the nonprofit world. In a previous life, she was the creative projects manager at Museum Hack and manager of guided tours at Lincoln Center. Diana earned her MA in Museum Studies from New York University and lives in Brooklyn, NY.
Dr. Diana Li is the Associate Director of Education and Training Initiatives at the Zuckerman Institute. She leads neuroscience public programs related to education, including high school research internships, teacher professional development, and public lecture series. She also supports Zuckerman researchers in refining their science communication skills and piloting new public engagement ideas. She earned her PhD in Biology from Stanford University, where she studied the neurophysiology and biomechanics of squid swimming, and loves every opportunity to talk about the joys of cephalopods.
