What does eating food have to do with your brain? BrainFood is a free educational public conversation and cooking demonstration that sheds light on the science involved in one of our most basic everyday behaviors: eating food.

Free and open to the public; registration recommended via Eventbrite. The event will also be live-streamed - more information to come.
Free meal ingredient kits are available for anyone to pick up at Mandala Cafe (1st Corinthians Baptist Church, 1912 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd) on August 18, 5-7 PM and the Harlem Grown Community Fridge (134th St, between Adam Clayton Powell Blvd and Lenox Ave) on August 18 and 19, 1-6 PM.
