Stress is a part of life--but how we respond makes all the difference. Explore the science of stress resilience and the art of musical resilience, where jaz musicians transform tension into groove and flow. 

 

Pianist/composer Kelly Green leads an evening of jazz music and conversation with ZI's Dr. Anna Zhukovskaya. Come join the groove and explore the workings of the brain at the National Jazz Museum in Harlem.
